One of my favorite pies to make is a Caramelized Apple Peach Pie. I needed to whip up a quick dessert and thought I would try making it into a Crumble. With its sweet, caramelized apple and peach filling and crumbly topping it is a comforting dessert that is most definitely a crowd pleaser! It is the perfect dessert for any time of year but even better during fresh peach and apple season. Serve it warm and bubbling from the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a memorable, easy dessert!
